We have no set office hours but attend enquiries and are available on site by appointment during the hours below:

All taxes, fees and charges are included in the total cost of stay.
Additional fees may be charged in case of the following:

Rates are automatically adjusted to provide discount for longer stays and early bookings lock in existing rates. Guaranteed best rates are available by booking direct online.
If your booking is cancelled prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be an administration fee of $50.00.
If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the arrival date there will be no refund unless the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking, or in the case of guests not arriving, the entire booking will be charged to the supplied credit card. There is no refund for early departure.
We recommend guests purchase travel insurance or upgrade to a refundable booking if cancellation cover is required.
Travel insurance is recommended if guests require cancellation cover or wish to cover personal items from damage or loss. Guests may also wish to consider upgrading to a refundable booking.
Pets are not allowed within any holiday let apartments and are only allowed on site by application to BCS c/o the Body Corporate for Eden Tower: https://picagroup.com.au/branches/bcs-tweed-heads-coolangatta/
Check in time is 2:00pm QLD and Check out time is 10:00am QLD
Early check in and late check out may be available at the discretion of management. Please make your request when booking or 48 hours prior to check out.
Eden Tower is located approximately 4km from Gold Coast Airport and the nearest train station is Varsity located approximately 22km away.
Uber and Taxi service is available from Eden Tower we recommend booking ahead. Please note time difference if travelling interstate during daylight savings period.

Yes, each apartment includes one free, secure underground car park with an entry height of 1.75 metres on a declined driveway. There is no visitor parking on-site, but free on-street parking is available for additional or oversized vehicles. Please note, this parking is limited to three hours on weekends and public holidays.
No. Eden Tower is a non-smoking property and all apartments are designated as non-smoking.

Each apartment at Eden Tower is fully self-contained and includes a kitchen, laundry, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and all linen and towels. A starter pack of essentials is provided, including hand soap, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, a dishcloth, and laundry powder. Beach towels are available for hire at reception. Please note that amenities are not restocked, but Coles and Woolworths supermarkets are located about 1km from the property for any additional items.
Our coastal location means we benefit from refreshing sea breezes and a mild climate. All apartments feature ceiling fans throughout, and the following units have air-conditioning installed in the main living area for extra comfort: Unit 3, Unit 6, Unit 7, Unit 10, Unit 12, and Unit 15.
Yes, each apartment includes its own laundry with a washing machine.
Yes, all linen and towels are provided and included in the booking rate. For stays of nine days or more, the apartment will be serviced with fresh linen during your stay. A full exit clean is also included in your booking.
Yes, guests have access to a community pool, a sauna, and a communal BBQ area. BBQ bookings can be made through reception.
No, there is no safe provided in the apartments. Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings.
Yes, every apartment includes a private, north-facing balcony with ocean and beach views overlooking Rainbow Bay and Snapper Rocks. There is also a shared BBQ area available for guest use, which can be booked through reception.
Yes, a trundle bed, cot, and high chair are available for hire. Please make your request at the time of booking to ensure availability.
Both the living room and main bedroom have stunning ocean and beach views of Rainbow Bay and Snapper Rocks. The 2nd bedroom of the 2 bedroom apartments has views over the Tweed. Ocean view from Units 4 and 6 is partially obstructed by neighbouring property.
Food & Dining...
Breakfast is not included. However, a small starter pack is provided, which includes tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. Please note that these amenities are not restocked. For additional items, Coles and Woolworths supermarkets are located approximately 1km from the property.
There are no restaurants or cafes on-site, but a great selection of cafes and takeaway food outlets is located just 70 metres away.
Yes, you’ll find supermarkets within a 5 to 10-minute walk at the Strand Shopping Centre and Tweed Mall Shopping Centre.
Yes, every apartment features a full kitchen equipped with essential cooking utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and cutlery—everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
