Every apartment has 1 secure underground car park.
Entry height is 1.75 metres on a declined driveway.
Linen is provided, and for stays of 9 days or more apartments are serviced with fresh linen, which is included in the tariff.
A 5-10 minute walk to the main street of Coolangatta (Woolworths, Aldi), Tweed Mall Shopping Centre, Coles Woolworths and Twin Towns Service Club. Surf Clubs are a 2 minute walk away.
Convenience store, liquor store, take away food outlets and cafes are within 70 metres of Eden Tower.
Rainbow Bay beach is a patrolled beach. Always remember if in doubt swim between the flags.
Both the lounge/kitchen and main bedroom have stunning ocean and beach views to Rainbow Bay beach, World Famous Surf Breaks , Snapper Rocks and The Super Bank .The 2nd bedroom to the 2 bedroom apartments have views back to the Tweed.
Directly across the road to Rainbow Bay Beach and Snapper Rocks and a short walk to Duranbah.
All apartments have North facing full private balconies, ideal for relaxing on.
Eden Tower is 3.5km (5 min drive) from the Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta and 112km from Brisbane Airport (1hr 15 min drive). Taxi or shuttle bus is available from both airports.
All apartments at Eden Tower have a full kitchen comprising of cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher,fridge/freezer and all necessary cutlery, crockery and utensils. Each apartment has a washing machine and clothes dryer. An intercom from the main entry is provided in each apartment and free Wifi.
Starter pack of essentials e.g. dishcloth, dish scrubber, dishwasher liquid, dishwasher powder, clothes washing powder and soap is provided to each apartment.
Yes all apartments are non-smoking – you may smoke on the balcony.
No pets are allowed at Eden Tower.
