1pm or if you wish to check in early please contact reception. We may be able to accommodate your request.

8.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri. Sat 9am- 2pm Sunday Closed.

Check out time
9am .A late checkout may be possible please contact reception. Storage of luggage is available.

After hours check in
Please contact reception 2 days before arrival, to be given instructions on check in procedure

Car Park
Every apartment has 1 secure underground car park.
Entry height is 1.700 metres on a declined driveway.

Linen
Linen is provided, and for stays of 1 week or more apartments are serviced with fresh linen, which is included in the tariff.

Local Shops
A 5-10 minute walk to the main street of Coolangatta, Tweed Centro Shopping Centre, Coles Supermarket and Twin Towns Service Club. Surf Clubs are a 2 minute walk away.
Laundromat, internet café, butcher, liquor store, take away cafe and convenience store are within 70 metres of Eden Tower.

Beach swimming
Rainbow Bay beach is a patrolled beach. Always remember if in doubt swim between the flags.

Does ever room have a view?
Both the lounge/kitchen and main bedroom have stunning ocean and beach views to World Famous Surf Breaks , Snapper Rock and The Super Bank .The 2nd bedroom to the 2 bedroom apartments have views back to the Tweed.

How close is the surfing?
Directly across the road to Rainbow Bay Beach and Snapper Rock. And a short walk to Duranbah.

Does every apartment have a balcony?
All apartments have North facing full private balconies, ideal for relaxing on.

How close is the airport?
Eden Tower is 3.5 kilometers from the Gold Coast Air Port at Coolangatta or 112klm,s from Brisbane Air port a 1.25 hr drive. Taxi or shuttle bus is available from both air ports.

What does self catering mean?
All apartments at Eden Tower have a full kitchen comprising of cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher,fridge/freezer and all necessary cutlery, crockery and utensils. Each apartment has a washing machine and clothes dryer. A direct dial telephone is provided in each apartment with intercom from the main entry.
Starter pack of essentials e.g. dishcloth, dish scrubber, dish washing liquid, dish washing powder, clothes washing powder and soap is provided to each apartment.

Are the apartments non- smoking?
Yes all apartments are non-smoking – you may smoke on the balcony.

Are Pets allowed?
No pets are allowed at Eden Tower
